Build a Website

First, i need a company for develop this Wordpress website, i need a company that be able of create ABSOLUTELY PERFECT DESIGN, should be very very beautiful and have good UX. Is a MUST that be able of archieve all the requirements, and even could be possible that need customize a plugin. This proyect is just the beginning, im looking for a trustable partner, i want be a white label of the company in Spain. Please, read the requirements: Neeetwork! Could be interesting have 3 level of access, first for everybody, second for just registered people and third for people that register and do the payment. Is possible? In other words, the people that register for learn marketing online with us MUST be registered at the same time as affiliate. Multilevel Affiliate: Im not sure if this addon can do exactly what i need [login to view URL] but seems very similar. Im going to explain you what is miltilevel affiliate. An affiliate, as you know, is a person that earn a comission for each costumer that he refer. But a affiliate can refer too another affiliates, and the master affiliate will earn a percentage of commisions that the subaffiliates get. I think the add can do anything i want but if not it should be customized. I will need too the images for the site. Are you used to work with e-learning pages? Can you give me suggestions for do the site more addictive, more interactive? The affiliate system is the heart of the site. Becouse we will teach the people to do marketing online, and they will sell in their website our courses, the suscriptions. They will have banners for put in their sites about Neeetwork! For each course that our student sell in his website they will receive a commision. And the new student will be a “subaffiliate” of the first student, then: 1st student earn a comission for each student that he refer, and a residual comission for each student that refer a student that he had referred previously. Example: 1st student refer 2nd student, 1st student earns 200$ for this. 2nd student refer a 3rd student, 2nd student earns 200$ and 1st student earns 50$ of residual comission.
