Build a Website and APP for car / auto parts

We are looking for someone to build a website and mobile APP with the following requirements: 1 - Enter car details through VIN or manual (make/model/year selection) 2 - Customer then enters part requirement on a form with details such as; Name, Telephone Number, Email, Part Requirement/ multi part request/ option of picture upload / part no if known - once form is submitted - username and password automatically be sent to customer email. 3- The parts requested will then show up a live updated page where only sellers can see. 4 - Sellers are to create their account - so they can see the parts required by the customers - initially they will get a free trial and then will have to pay for a subscription. 5 - Sellers see the required parts with description / name / email / contact no of customers. Sellers only with a valid subscription will see the contact details. If they have the part in stock - they can send a quote for it or email the customer. Option of sending a picture. 6 - Once seller logins in - there needs to be a seller platform where they can manage their quotes and see the parts requested by customers. 7 - buyer then gets a notification by call or email or SMS with price of parts and then proceeds directly with the seller to complete sale. 8 - customers should have the option to leave a review of the seller 9 - similar websites: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] 10 - buyers and sellers to login and have a similar platform to freelancer where they can manage their part requests. 11 - this website has to be mirrored onto a mobile version and app 12 - should also include all graphic design aspects - company logo and artwork.
