Seeking a creative Graphic Designer, Web Developer, and Photographer with brand identity awareness. Someone who confidently visually supports brand messaging. Some projects will include, yet not limited to: logo and graphic design, print and digital design, and original photography plus editing. This is a ghost design relationship. We want to build a lasting relationship with you. We desire someone who is acknowledges design/web development/photography needs vary from week to week. Please anticipate all-creative-expectations. We truly desire an efficient and effective 'Creative' who can multi-task and submit designs until clients are 100% satisfied. Designer creates compelling, original designs for interactive platforms (e.g. social media, websites, apps, templates, themes). Designer must be able translate client business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, easy to use, and emotionally engaging. Some projects will include, yet not limited to: logo and graphic design, print and digital design, and photo editing. This is a ghost design relationship.

Key Requirements: Participate in design/product ideation and conceptual development. Create visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, including the design of logos, corporate identity forms/packages, screen layouts, typography, user interface elements, and icons. Design motion graphics and animation effects. Produce design specifications, storyboards, scenarios, and design prototypes. Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually. Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes creative leads, other designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and hardware and software developers. Important to note: Hours vary based on business needs. Only original, quality and on-time designs are accepted for payment. We are exciting about building a lasting relationship. If this is you, please work with us. Please note, we do hire other Creatives. Again, design needs are based on our clients' needs. Some projects constitute more pay. We do not guarantee full-time weekly status nor do we endorse a set number of projects per week. We desire a professional working relationship. Ideally, we want to establish a long-term relationship.
