Create custom php functions on html website- URGENT

I need help making a new website with a template- [login to view URL] I'll need a few MINOR changes to the template on the design side. You'll be putting in images/text I provide on pages. It will be a fairly small website. This website will be CUSTOM CMS based (with php and mysql). You'll be required to make CUSTOM PHP and database backend functions (with simple admin panel for website owners to upload their content to manage it) the site must do the following things: Blog posts. Make latest blog posts show up on homepage ( a select number of them) Create events (with calendar, separate page for EACH event) (show recent events on homepage) Image gallery (with most recent images showing on homepage) Video gallery (with most recent images showing on homepage Podcast embed (with most recent on homepage via links to the podcast) Please DO NOT propose we use Wordpress... we don't want to use it. We want a simple php/database solution. I'll provide admin skin (I have many you can choose from). All the features listed above have design already in the template we can use on the front end. Just need the php scripts to make things work on it. We will own 100% of the design and code you create, it's not to be resold. I have a super small budget on this... but, if you show me you're talented I'll hire you again for better paying jobs after this one.
