Convert image formats
Convert images to vector
Convert document formats
Convert ebook formats
Convert images or pdf to text (OCR)
Compressed files converter

You'll have to create a responsive website that is usable by desktop and mobile devices. You'll need to work on the user interface too. SEO will be discussed later.
