Creative Logo needed for branding coffee and personal experience business

I am looking for a logo associated with the images I have attached for "The Traveling Shepherd Coffee" concept I am developing. Here's what I am thinking: 1st I would like something that looks like the red hooded cartoon, but with a hobo stick like the blue smurf picture. On the hobo stick however instead of a bag of clothes, I would like a globe that represents the world of some sort since I am sharing coffee traditions of the world. In addition I would like stick to look like a very subtle cross like a "t", instead of just a straight stick. I want it black and white though so it looks more like a monk, similar to the picture of myself in all black. Finally my hope would be a dog at the shepherds side with a torch in it's mouth, similar to that of the dog image I attached. To understand my concept. I travel, learning about cultures and their coffees through the Catholic faith, but I do not want to be so intentional with that image thus the reason for subtle images. Everything I am sharing is catholic, but I want it to be hidden in the image, instead capturing a more contemporary coffee shop look with the black and white standard look. the torch flame could be yellow if desired.
