Dating Network platform

We're searching for a web development freelancer able to write code on top of PHP or Python based frameworks (preferably MVC) to create a network for dating sites. You're also allowed to create modules and build on top of existing dating solutions that is free open-source. We would like to minimize the amount of features to "minimum viable product" rather than a full-featured dating platform. What we're looking for: - Dating platform with register, profile and send message function. Payment solution for premium features (send more than a certain amount of messages for instance). These "dating nodes" could be deployed on separate servers, domains allowing us to expand to other countries. These "nodes" could be deployed under different servers, domains allowing us to expand to other countries. - Dating "central" server that stores all messages and were we can run our moderating / operating features for all the sites. Time and pace is not overly critical, unless it matters to you. We'll be happy to work with you and give you continuous feedback under the development process regardless of your time estimate. For the right candidate, there's a good chance of getting more paid assignments from us on a regular basis for SEO/development and front-end related tasks.
