Draw / repair me an EPS / AI vector picture that will go onto the side of my truck as graphic art.

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY & FULLY - I have a JPG drawing i constructed myself - that needs to be touched up, altered in various ways, to be without blurriness, spelling mistakes etc. to go onto the side of my truck / trailer as signage. I have an almost complete picture; and also all the pictures i used to get it to the stage it is at now. The drawing needs to be with solid lines and colours / colors because it will be enlarged (1200mm x 900mm or 3 ft x 4 ft) to go onto the side of my truck / trailer. EPS or AI format is ideal for the graphic sticker makers. I will provide the almost complete drawing and once the deal is accepted, i can provide base pictures if you need them. I need this done as soon as possible and not in months. I need somebody that is able to understand me and not alter parts of the picture that do not need altering. For example - If i ask for a head on the left to be altered, I do not want the picture to come back in a different colour / color. It wastes my time and your time when i have not asked for another colour / color. If you have altered something and i accept that change than i obviously do not want it changed in the next picture you send me. I don't want anymore bad experiences please. The 3 fore mentioned setences are paramount. If you can not follow instructions please do not apply. I need somebody that can understand English (Australian English). The reason for this - If i ask for a part of the picture to be altered - I need that done and for you to understand me. I don't want to wait a week and the request not be done and the picture altered elsewhere - where i do not want it altered. If i have to continue to ask for a piece to be altered and you have not altered it with each of your new designs, i will get annoyed and want to end the project without payment. I understand there maybe initial troubles but if i specifically ask for something to be changed, i want it changed - if i don't want it changed, then don't change it. If you do not understand me, i need you to ask me for clarification. I can not waste time on this project anymore. I am happy to try explain in a different way or to label pictures for you. If you do not follow my instructions, you will only be wasting my time and causing yourself more work because i will not be accepting something that i do not want. This will be on display to the public so any little discrepency needs to be rectified. A hose must flow as if 3 dimensional - not just anywhere. A mower can not have just run over a mat - it does not make sense in real life. I am open to ideas from you but please remember that this is my business design. I have used particular parts of this design for many years and this design also leads to another business venture. If you can follow instructions quite easily or understand what words mean such as mat, mow strip, lawn mower, cape, carpet cleaning machine, carpet cleaning wand, planet, UFO, realistic, hose, hose port - than you should be able to know what i mean, when i ask you to place the men outside the circle like i have done on my picture. You will also have this completed in a short time. Please NOTE: the provided picture in the project description is the main design. If i give you other pictures to help you, do not go by those picture, unless i tell you to. I may only be giving an example to help with explaining what i am trying to tell you. I maybe giving a piece of this picture so it makes it easier for you to create a layer in your program. Thank You
