First, we will make a blueprint of database say ER diagram here, and at the same time we will make a front-end design of the panel like login and signup page or landing page also admin panel ui design like the elements you want and make sure the ui is okay from your end Meanwhile we were already had approved database from our technical head that the perfect approach of database will be like this and it will satisfy the requirement of the project. Next, we will implement each module one by one and maintain an exact relationship between all the module and database tables using good sql queries. We will use a secure hash code for password protection and a function to save from sql injections that bug the web application. All the panel Like manager user admin are given resposibilities according to their post and usage and work, these are assigned by super admin from his/her panel her admin is super admin.
