Get a Website Built

Build a basic sales website on Optimize Press in Wordpress. I have purchased a domain name with Godaddy. I have built wordpress sites before and can do it. But, I have a hard time quickly building a site that looks good. I just don’t have the graphic design and wordpress experience. You will need to do the following: 1. Recommend a Wordpress Hosting Service. If Godaddy’s wordpress hosting is good, then I’ll use theres. Or, I’ll use another competitively priced host that you recommend. 2. You will have to help me get the domain name and hosting setup properly. I know how to forward nameservers, etc. But, it’s been a while since I have done that. 3. You will have to help me setup the hosting where I can also use Gmail with the domain name I have at the site. 4. You will have to make the site look halfway decent. I want it to look professional. a. If you have any themes you recommend, then let me know. i. Any sample sites that you have built will be very useful as well. 5. It needs to have the following buttons at the top of the site. Home Get More Business From Agents Contact Blog 6. There will be 7 pages and a blog you will need to build. I do not want all of these pages to be included in the buttons at the top right hand portion of the page. 7. You will have to include links in the footer to the Privacy & Terms Pages. 8. You will need to setup a Contact Form with 7 fields on one of the pages. This form will need to have captcha or something to stop spam comments. 9. I will need to be able to modify the site you build. (I’ve used wordpress for many years, so this isn’t a big issue. But, if you build the site with weird apps or spaghetti code, then that will be an issue) 10. I will need to be able to easily clone the pages you build. (Should be easy to do in Wordpress.)
