Help with web site projects

About You. We require the services of a Web Developer / Designer for ongoing projects. Our projects vary and involve complete redesign of websites in some cases or simple adjustments to pages. If you would like to apply for this job you MUST be within a 3 hour time zone from Brisbane Australia. We are looking for a candidate who is able to: • Quickly and accurately complete tasks we assign. The ability to be able to follow detailed instructions is very important to us. • Communicate with us in a responsive manner, (let us know when you are available to complete the work and are able to do so once committed) • Work with modern design that is responsive and mobile-friendly and looks great. Ideally you will have skills with PHP coding and CSS skills to enable you to come up with great looking designed pages • Have technical proficiency and can upload files directly to our server or our clients. Ideally you will be familiar with a CPanel environment and will be very familiar with designing in Wordpress. • Have good problem solving skills and ask for clarification if tasks are not clear • Available and ready to work on demand. You don’t need to be able to complete the work immediately, but we would like to have the ability to start work within 24 hours of issuing tasks. About Us. Our company works with clients in the professional services industry ( Financial, Legal and Property ) so accuracy is very important to us. We will provide clear and comprehensive instructions, via email Skype or video, for all tasks we want completed, so you know exactly what is required and won’t feel unduly pressured. We are experienced in web design and business development for our clients and our experience in developing and working with team members online means we have realistic expectations from you and your work. It is anticipated that the workload will increase over time and we may require you scale up your workload and project manage on our behalf. We anticipate that the right candidate will be with us long term (our current team members have been with us for 5 years) and we frequently provide bonuses for quick and great work.
