As a freelancer you have to design OUR LANDING HOME PAGE Brief of the concept of the website " It is a marketplace for MEDICAL PRODUCTS and MEDICAL SERVICES As its a marketplace it would have vendors and customers. We planned to have an option on the landing page to give a clear idea to our user that it provides mainly two aspects : MEDICAL PRODUCTS and MEDICAL SERVICES. We would prefer to have icons ( smartly designed and arranged) correlating to the different categories in Medical products or Medical services. We would need an option of sign in and vendor registrations also. The image we are attaching is just to explain the concept and not to be copied or make the design exactly the same. DESIGN OUR HOME PAGE, the page should be like the sample attached. The one section of home page (please see theimage attached)will take to the user to the present home page with some changes to be done on home page The second section of home page ( please see the image attached) will take to a pop up that needs the location details ( either zip code, browser location, exact address details). Submit new page ( to be design). after filling the location, on submission, it would take to a page of form to be filled by the user, on filling the form, on submission, there displays another page with list of service provider, its price for that job, and their review and rating. So in all there are following pages to be designed 1. home page ( new like the attached image) 2. modification in the present home page as it would be the page that would follow after clicking on the medical products 3. pop up for location 4. another page with form to be filled by customer 5. the page that displays different vendor , this page should have a map that is filterable. It is must to have a knowledge of VIVA SHOP theme [login to view URL] and cs cart multivendor As per discussion this job is just for first home page
