Leaflets, Posters, Ect for New Start Up Installing CCTV & Security solutions

I have currently been working with a family member who had had decent success and I have managed to run campaigns with his marketing materials in the past. So I do know what works, I just would like something fresher. Anyone considering should have a relatively long amount of experience with web design and be able to produce material quite quickly (For reference my family member would take up to 8 hours to complete a double-sided poster). As I look to expand I will constantly be seeking a new more refreshing form of advertisement, so there is potential for more work down the line. I very much appreciate quality over quantity. However, I also need a supply of fresh material quite regularly changing designs no more than 3 months at a time. I will view any previous work sent to me by applicants and take it into account. Most importantly, I am looking for someone who can turn the pen, paper, computer, laptop, whatever, into a way I can communicate with my customers. The company name is Radix Security Consultants. Mainly we secure residential and small business contracts at the moment. We are new in the industry, but not new to the game. We know exactly what we want - must be tasteful, must convey our flexibility towards any family with a budget. simply looking to protect their home. We're are branching into local community work, and are due to start offering some charity work on behalf of the company where we can. Again something expressing these things would be crucial in the long run. If you want to show me work you have done previously that is fine, if you would like to pre-design something for me beforehand that is also fine. However, I will not be reviewing more than two attempts to impress me, as I have not laid out any specific (I want to see what bites) and there is no certainty of employment guaranteed that way. Therefore it is not fair. I have also left some previous work done for us, which we actually really liked despite initial thoughts, showing you can still be surprised and taught a thing at my age.
