Looking for better icons to be built for my apps

I write a lot of Apps for AutoCAD Civil 3D. Over the years I have designed my own icons for my apps, but am running out of time to handle this myself. I have been fairly comfortable with my icons, but recently a client decided to choose another developer over me because they said "icons are blurry". I am looking to have all my icons redesigned professionally, but the initial product would be for Pipe Network Productivity Tools. I created all these icons in XARA and exported - they look ok in XARA but export slightly blurry for some reason. I can provide the XARA icons if that helps reduce the cost.
For this project, there are initially, 39 icons. I need sizes 64x64, 32x32, and 16x16 delivered with full transparency capabilities so they would need to be PNG format I believe. In the software, most icons are 16x16 so that size needs to be clear and not blurry.
