Looking for UI/UX designer to improve existing web app

We have a web app called [login to view URL] that we're just starting to beta test, here is an overview of it: [login to view URL] We are looking for someone to help us improve the main application's interface design and user experience. Here is a video with more details about the UI/UX part of this project: [login to view URL] Tasks include: 1. General aesthetic improvements (fonts, coloring, sizing, etc) 2. Improve component designs (graphs, charts, tables, etc) 3. Create a pleasant, non-confusing user experience Task #3 may involve adding, removing, modifying, or combining existing content. We really need someone who can get to know the product and then look at it through the eyes of your everyday user, and design the user experience accordingly. We are using this theme which does provide some Sketch templates (you don't have to use Sketch): [login to view URL] We do want to continue using that theme, and we can customize it however we want. In general, we think the [login to view URL] dashboard ([login to view URL]) is decent and doesn't need a complete overhaul or anything, just improvements throughout and more attention given to the UX. Here is the general process we would like to follow: 1. We video conference with you initially and discuss the project 2. (UX) We provide some screencast videos (similar to those in this job posting) with our own UX thoughts on various areas of the website. This way you can reference and refer back to them if needed. 3. (UX) You take our thoughts and your own and sketch out the changes and share it with us (rough sketches here, even pencil/paper?) 4. (UX) We iterate on the UX a few times or until we’re all happy with it. 5. (UI) We provide some of our own thoughts on the UI, maybe annotated screenshots would make more sense here. 6. (UI) You take our thoughts and your own and put them into Sketch/XD/whatever. 7. (UI) We iterate on UI until we’re all happy with it and pass it along to the front end developer. We want to keep the process simple and we want you to have a lot of freedom. As a side note, we have several projects in the works. The goal is to get each one to market quickly and efficiently, then focus on (and probably revamp) the products that see some success.
