modify and update ebay shop template and auction listings

Hi there,
This job consists of 4 parts:
1. Design modification of the following ebay shop template (4 html files)
Description of shop template. Use google translate as it is in German:

2. Design modification of the following auction template (1 html file)
Description of auction template. Use google translate as it is in German:

Demo of shop template

3. Upload of about 50 pictures to [login to view URL] to comply with ebay requirements.
4. Updating of 43 ebay listings (43 html files) that follow the auction template modified under point 2 above. Consisting of the proper item descriptions. Attached to this project listing is the current html file with picture and item description. Those html files will be provide and then must be updated to the new template.
The designs of the ebay shop and item listing shall be in a simple black and white design like here:

The project needs to be completed within one week from project awarded.
