I need a graphic designer for an urgent project this morning-

We are one of the largest HVAC companies in Northern CA and are wanting to do an internal contest poster-- basic design with some flare! 1) Like a design with % on one side and the blank lines (no $) on the right for us to write in the metrics we are measuring. (So 10 lines on the right and left) 2) Thermometer should be a decent size--¼ of the page (vertical)? fairly wide 3) Add Service Champions on the bottom—maybe with a border separating it=-- add logo? Lighter font? 4) Add color in the background? (needs to be light enough to see black pen on it.) 5) Use Service Champion colors – red and blue (will provide specific pms) 6) Add an empty box on the right side – med. size to write our Goal in—so please put “GOAL:” either in the box or top of the box 7) Stars not required but if it gives dimension and is appealing- go for it. 8) Like a shiny red coloring for the bottom ball to add some dimension 9) Add the “It’s Possible” on the top somewhere prominent - (in replacement of "GOAL" Needs to be done by noon today if at all possible
