Need an interactive website able to be displayed olso on mobile devices. The website must be easy to open, quick response and collect relevant data about visitors: search words used in SEO, country of visit, time spent on website, or any combination between those. Also the website must be easy to be updated as front-end with data, photos, etc., without requiring to know too much of programming, must have a forum and able to send/receive emails through forum. If the coder is able to work with MySql also, will need a DBA attached to the website. We will open a new query for DBA anyways, but we will be glad to work with someone that might deal both with webdesign and MySQL. The Website is for a Construction Company, and the DBA will be used: for forum, data collection of visitors, an intuitive back-end and front-end built with prices for the visitor to be able to find on-spot a price for a new construction/room(s). At the end of the selection form withing various fields, a final price will be calculated and displayed by the DBA and able to be generated as PDF to be sent by email both to the visitor and Company's administration. Mandatory!: The entire website MUST be done in Romanian and Russian language, also English and Spanish, able to use auto-translating in other languages both on Web and mobile, and use HTTPS secure protocols. The winner will get full access to test online and update the design upon request.
