I need some Graphic Design

Hello there, We are a beauty company that specializes in skincare. We are looking for a long term graphic designer who will make us graphics on a weekly basis. It would be nice if we could find a graphic designer who also is a web developer. One thing we found a problem with is freelancers asking for payment as soon as they are finished without waiting for approval. If you are eager to just get paid and not wait until the client is satisfied then this is not the job for you. We have run into that problem quite often with expectations to get paid but not delivering the best quality. To make a long story short, we will not pay anyone for work that we are not satisfied with. So keep that mind while applying to this job. Also, this is a great opportunity because you will have constant weekly work and this job gives you the ability to showcase your skills. We prefer graphic designers who are in North & South America, Europe or Africa. We just want someone who is within 6 hours of our time zone. We have a set rate of $40 a week for simple editing pictures jobs and then we have side projects that we will pay, for example: we need website graphics and we are willing to pay $150 for that. So prices vary depending on what you are doing. But the weekly standard rate is just $40 of 3 hours worth of work. So thats about $12 an hour.
