Online tool wizard design project

I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website, requires some programming. I’m wanting to build an online tool for installing Wordpress templates. The website will take a customers email address on the landing page, then allow the customer to upload their theme file, then they will enter their domain and Wordpress credentials. The tool will need to connect up to their domain and verify the credentials work. After the credentials are authenticated the user will be taken to a checkout page (PayPal) once payment is complete the zip file uploaded and information entered needs to be emailed to an address. The pages flow will be the following: 1) Landing Page with video of the process. Get started button and email address entry 2) choose install on your own Wordpress installation or through our hosting If chose hosting through us next pages: - Sign up information - theme upload - payment - emails info entered and theme uploaded If end user chooses own hosting, pages will be: - domain and Wordpress information - authentication screen (Check credential) - payment screen - email info entered and theme uploaded The whole site needs a really awesome and smooth look and feel. I’d like this to be ‘wizard like’ and each screen slide to the next page. We will need to be able to take username and password entered and authenticate to the users Wordpress, just to ensure they work.
