PHP Referral Script + Website Design

Hey, Thanks so much for the interest in my project, truly appreciate. I want to make a referral program like this website is using: [login to view URL] Basically they make you sign up with email/Facebook and then you get in their list and get a weekly email with a growth hacking idea. However, if you refer to one friend you get access to 7 past random hacks (each friend you add you get seven hacks) and then if you get 5 people to sign up with your link you get access to the VIP archive/area for a full month for free (the access costs $3,95 per week). Basically when you sign up you get a referral code (unique) that you can then send to friends/family and ask them to sign up. I will need sign ups with Facebook and Linkedin, as well as email. I create a video that I go into full detail (easier to explain it visually I guess): [login to view URL] I also need the design for this website done, it's a simple four page website: - Landing Page (for sign up) - Confirmation Page (double opt in leads) - Thank You Page - VIP Archive Page I will need a simple dashboard that allows me to post on the VIP Archive Page everyday and that I can schedule this. I am using GetResponse to manage my lists and HostGator as hosting provider. Will give you the access details after the script and design are completed so you can upload everything there. Here's my take on the technologies he is using: - Google Font APIFont Script - Nginx 1.4.6Web Server - PHP 5.5.9 Programming Language - Twitter Bootstrap Web Framework - Ubuntu Operating System - jQuery 1.9.1JavaScript Framework - Google Analytics - Mixpanel Analytics Will also need to agree on a fixed price per way for future updates I want to do on the page, such as change the layout of the landing page, for example.
