Picture Book Artist needed to copy this design to illustrate multiple picture books to accompany movies. -- 4

I am a children's book author in search of an illustrator to copy this design of this character who is the star of my picture book series which accompanies my direct-to-DVD movies which they are based directly on and most picture books proceed the movies release. This design was done by a former illustrator who has been paid off but is no longer able to work for me due to his health issues. This will be an ongoing project for a few years at least. I live off a tight budget for now and require at least 25 pictures per book. I am looking for an illustrator who is willing to draw an example of how they will draw the character before they are hired, and then would be willing to be paid $5 -10 per picture.
