Pressure Gauge for HMI Project

We need a better gauge created for an HMI project at work. There is an attached WORD document as part of this project that the freelancer should review and understand completely before quoting. Final Rquirements • The gauge is to be provide in a PNG format on a transparent background • The arrow is NOT to be provided. The HMI program creates it • The number is NOT to be provided (we fil this in) • The units of measure (i.e. PSI) is not to be provided • The center “nub” should be provided. • The colors are to be GREEN/YELLOW/RED each taking up 120 degrees • The colors should “merge” or “fuse” at the transition (roughly 10 or 15 degrees) • The image size is to be 400 x 400 pixels minimum for the circle part only. Since there is a box at the bottom of the image the height pixel size will be larger (i.e. roughly 410 or 420 pixels) • We want three different gauge PNG models to be created. There should be some significant differences in the gauges created. We will know what we like when we see it so we figure we will ask for three and hopefully one will be good. • Due date for completion is Friday, April 6th, 2018.
