I have website which is developed in .net using c sharp and swl server its mobile frindley. What i want js somwone to create me progressive web app configration files so i can add js and other files into header section of the current website and any other files and when soemone opens my website on their phone it shows them button to add shortcut to mobile screen including icon. Please read the discription propley before bidding as i will need code and guide how to add code to my site.
