Replicate Victorian Drivers Licence to be used as template -- 2

Hi, I'm a short film producer and throughout my next project, many of the scenes will include shots of the womans drivers license. (When I say short film, it's an advertisement for an anti drink driving campaign.) However, for this to happen, I need the most realistic drivers lenience I'm able to produce. I know my way around Photoshop and Illustrator pretty damn well, so I can add her details/photo, etc, and the holograms will be done in After Effects in post production due to lighting of the shots and what not. Ideally, this is a multi layered, minimum 300dpi template that's ready for print. The stock it is printed on is PVC with a transparent strip. In the examples given yo can see the design continues through this strip, along with the details of the person. I've even gone to the trouble of scraping off the details off a real one to make it easier for you to make a template. However this obviously isn't good enough for print. Please note, this is not for any illegal activity, this is simply me making the best anti drink driving campaign I can.
