Responsive Frontend for booking system

Hi,
I have a booking/schedule system that has been customized and is built on oscommerce.
It already has a web frontend, but I need
1. a new responsive user booking frontend so that it looks nice on phone's and tablets. It should be built with bootstrap.
2. Fix some minor utf-8 char errors in backend.
3. Fix some minor link issues in backend.
4. build a small landing page for mobile devices, where user can chose full site, booking site, shop site.
I have made some screens of how I would like it too look, that I can send in PM for those who wants to take a look at them. I can also provide link for the current system, where you can check the flow of the frontend.
