E-shop redesign

Hi, I need someone who could redesign e-shop. Only a homepage is required in this stage. Then if we like your work you can continue the rest... It is [login to view URL]@[login to view URL] (remove character @). Seller of kitchen hoods. We like neat, modern, light designs, for example this: [login to view URL] We also like this: [login to view URL] BUT IT MUST NOT BE A COPY, of course... Just feeling what we like. I will send logo upon request. Requirements a) layout can be similar as templatemonster example above b.1) first level menu items (means product categories) * Digestoře (means kitchen hoods) * Externí ventilační jednotky * Příslušenství (means accessories) * Plastové portrubí a tvarovky * Akce (means promo) * Výprodej (means sale) please design also opened menuitem, can be like template but just two rows, "Digestoře Airforce" and "Digestoře Faber" - subitems can be lorem ipsum. Opened submenu can also have image, choose any image as an example on current page or any u find or have somewhere b.2) we like slider, let it there, just use any hood from current pages :) Or I can send much bigger images upon request. c) below slider there are four boxes, fine, it will lead to four categories, design them, titles - choose first four of product main categories (see above) and add some lorem ipsum text and image - take ANY product from current site... d) below boxes there is one background image containing four "advantage" boxes, yes you can design them too - titles: * Záruka 5 let * Doprava zdarma od XY * Nadstandardní pozáruční péče * Nákup na splátky below that is product list, yes we like it. Just one "category" named "Oblíbené produkty" - means "Bestsellers" (please write it all in our language) Below is some quotation, remove it :-) And below is blog section. As I wrote, remove too :-) And footer... maybe layout as in templatemo design? Send link to similar work you did, if you did :-) header section: 1. logo 2. "Přihlášení" (means Login) 3. "Kontakt" (means contact) 4. basket info - some basket icon? or icon + price? up to u... ;-) 5. Search section (word Search is "Hledat") Please ask anything is missing in my description... 1) we need to be fully responsive 2) we expect full psd source when work is done 3) we expect to transfer all transferable rights to use work 4) do not expect this to be one shot one win project, after submit first version we have to talk to several ppl and prepare their comments etc... then we require at least one unpaid revision - minor changes, not another design ;-)
