Simple Graphic Design Interface / Export

I need a web based graphic design interface similar in functionality to this site: [login to view URL] but instead of a facebook template it would use the attached Roblox Shirt Template as a baseline and would allow a user to:

1) add images / textures as background (library of images or upload your own)

2) upload / add icons, buttons, shadows, images, designs etc as layers

3) preview how the outfit will look

4) Export the file so that it can be uploaded and used on Roblox

The goal here is to create a fun and easy way for people to create a Roblox shirt design using the template Roblox provides without having to get on Photoshop or figure out a complicated design program.

The function should be very similar to the example site but using the Roblox shirt template instead of the facebook cover.
