Website must be easy to use and maintain.
1. Subscription:
The website will have a business model where a student must pay a subscription price to access a course or courses.
To access course material and to enroll on a course, a student must be registered on the website. The option should be provided on the course page.
The courses will be a blend of Videos, Text, PDF. Which will be non-downloadable.
The users can purchase the PDF via paying the listed cost of the particular PDF.
For the subscribed users the validity of the courses will be 6 months. However, if the user does not complete the course within the timeframe. The student will have to contact the admin team to extend the timeframe of their course.
Admin can generate a new password for the user who has not completed the course within the timeframe, to continue the course.
2. e-commerce:
The website will have e-commerce functionality which will be built using the Woocommerce plugin. The website will be able to sell virtual goods with shipping and tracking.
Students can buy and download music and audio files from the website. The user can listen to 30-second song previews before making the purchase.
The student can track the shipment and make the payment via PayPal.

In the homepage, the banner should give a very precise message on what the site is about. There should also be a search tool for course/products search to allow visitors search for the courses/products right away. Below the fold area can be used to feature the most popular courses/products offered by your website. The homepage should also briefly describe how things work on the website and how learners can learn from the advanced courses conveniently at their own pace.
Compatible with all handheld devices.
The WordPress strong-backend must be customized to make it easier for us to make changes. Also, the video tutorials and help section must be embedded in the system.
Each of the pages of the website must have facilities with the following key elements to make it intuitive and secure for the end user:
A. Modification of content, URL, Images, etc. without knowledge of code.
B Easy updating of info, product details, sharing or share on the blog, etc.
C. Automatic publishing of news or announcements made over Facebook, Twitter, etc. should be achievable.
D. Use of AJAX, for news and blogs to make announcements, and accept notifications for other users, so we can gather more data and traffic to our website.
E. SEO tags insertion facility for all images, pages, heading tags, hyperlink, etc. Easy blog updating, sharing facility of articles, news, etc.
F. Easy changes in Phone number, Contact address, Awards, Google analytics code placement, etc. that is globally common in website via Theme options.
G. Changing email address and fields of the inquiry form & integration of the newsletter at subscription mustl be provided by Admin.
H. Security measures for protecting the website admin area.
K. Responsive HTML email must be provided for the website & communication purposes. It will be used for our marketing campaign. It must be compatible with Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Mobile mails systems etc.
L. PayPal will be integrated to accept the payment.
M. Integrate our ‘Mailing list’ into ‘MailChimp’ for our Newsletter
N. All existing wording on our existing Website pages must be migrated over to new Website.
