Turn our logo concept into something awesome

We are a digital marketing agency that has a concept for a logo. We need someone to turn this logo into something amazing to look at. It needs to be professional and match our branding and company name which is "Digital Ambition". We are flexible in the shape, colour scheme, and font however our brand colours are teal, black/dark grey/dark blue and a dark orange. We haven't settled on an exact CMYK / RGB numbers yet for brand colour pallette but we hope you can help us establish that during the design process. If orange colour is used in the logo, it should only be a little bit (like maybe the flames?). Hopefully as a designer you can perhaps find the right combination of teal/orange and one dark colour, and one light colour to use, and also the right shades of these colour that work together. We like the bolder and happier shades of colour rather than pastel. For eg these combinations RGB (orange 235,73,47 & teal 15,106,119) or (orange 216,77,59 & dark teal 18,54,68) We have attached our concept logo. The concept that it is a 'D' and 'A' in a rocket shape shooting up into the air. The colours in this concept are all wrong. Something about the overall shape of it also just doesnt seem right. Maybe its too wide, or too long. We really need someone to use their creativity to take our logo above and beyond and just make it WOW! In terms of our company branding we want the logo to appeal to other professional business owners, but we don't want to look like we are huge corporate entity. We want the logo to appeal to the human side of our customers who are the managers/owners of the businesses, people who are high achievers who want to get somewhere, the decision makers in business. Our target customers are small/medium sized businesses. The logo should be professional nature but we don't mind if its a little playful. it certainly should not be comical. it needs to appeal to both men and women. We need the graphic file of the logo in all formats (AI, EPS, PNG, JPG), and also the brand colour pallette too.
