Updating a web hosting template (PHP)

We have bought the web hosting site template below and looking for someone to help perform some updates so that we can launch a new site based on it. [login to view URL] We will be providing the files from the templates (WHMCS files, html files, psd etc.) and the work required would include: -Designing a new logo based on our brand name (PEEL HOSTING) -Changing html pages to PHP and uploading to server (there will be a main section for the website files, and a whmcs section for the billing system. There is no further work required for the whmcs section as it is already provided in the template) -Making changes to the menus, plans and contents as per our requirements (we will provide a word file with all changes required, and another one for the main pages contents). Some pages will be renamed or removed and this needs to be updated in the menu. -Some icons will need to be changed to reflect the new services or packages names. -Between the content section and the footer, there is a section with some brands logos. We will provide new logos that should be used to replace some of those. -This will be a SSL secured website (https) so we expect the site to be set up correctly so that there are no errors. The site must be ready to launch at the end of the project. We are looking for someone who is patient, and can provide recommendations to complete a professional website. Payment will be done in three milestones: 1-25% When site is uploaded to our server and html pages converted to PHP (if needed, as those pages are available in PHP format in the whmcs files) 2-50% When all changes per provided Word files are made 3-25% When last modifications are completed after final review and website ready to launch.
