User Experience redesign for Web/Mobile Application

We currently have an online ordering application template that has been built using css bootstrap and is themed up for each different client. The online ordering application services the fast food industry mainly in online food delivery. Our system works as a white labeled solution for small and independent restaurants as opposed to the online ordering food portals like Just Eat, Menu Log, Eat Now, Eat Street, Grub Hub, Food Panda etc, however the ordering concept is the same. We would like our template to be inline with the above standard.

We are seeking a graphic designer who can provide a new clean user interface and changes to the user experience for our online ordering template. We would like a designer who can provide style guides, professional advise and quality. Provide suggestions in terms of layout, positioning and structure.
There are 5 main pages to consider
- menu page
- customer registration / login
- customise item page
- deals page
- half-half page
There are several components to the page
- header
- menu
- shopping cart
Depending on the time the shop may be closed, when it is open, it will display the wait time of how long the order will take.
The customer can also toggle between pickup/delivery
The design should be for both desktop and mobile version of the application and must take inconsideration that the application is responsive and uses bootstrap.
The current system has been built using bootstrap and is mobile responsive.
I am looking for mobile/web UX specialist to review the current UX and suggest enhancements.
