Website Developer Needed - I Need Help Setting Up | PR-LXC-111 Transparo HTTP API...

Hello Website Developers, I will try to be as specific as possible... Your English needs to be excellent so we can communicate and make this project a success!! ARE YOU QUALIFIED??? My goal is to have my website work with the Load Extreme API to be able to complete transactions from my customers to load there cell phone within seconds of their purchase. Now i am not trying to create my website to be exactly like http//:recharge because their website can load phones all around the world. But, I do want my website to work exactly like [login to view URL] when it comes to loading phones in the philippines! I only wish to load phones here in the philippines!! I need help setting up the API from Load Extreme to work on "MY WEBSITE" called: [login to view URL] My website is not done... but, i will finish it once i know the API is working! Perhaps we than create another project and we finish the website together? This project is only to get the API setup to load cell phones once payment has been made using paypal! I have a business account already with paypal. Here in the philippines there are a few companies that you buy load for your phone. Companies like Smart, Globe, Sun, TM ect. All these companies would be represented on my website!
