WhatsApp Script

I want a script similar to What*app, I would need both IOS and Android apps to be developed, the overview of the features and functions needed are below, to control and manage the overall system would require a backend system either php,mysql or XMPP or any suggestions welcome.

The apps would need to have the basic functions as What*app, list of functions I would need are below.

*one to one private chat

*group chat with password protected access

*friend search, add and reject friend requests, with the option to block

*send video, pictures and share location within chat

*push notifications, and typing..... message, read and sent messages ect

Would like the theme of both apps to be based around a blue/green theme with that professional touch

When the user first installs the app it will ask to register, this can be done by entering your email address and creating a username and password, it will then take the user to the main panel, where they can search for friend, by searching there username, send them requests and chat ect.

The admin backend system would be password protected and would need the follow features.

*add and remove users, ban ect

*message history if possible

*any other features that you can think off ?

Ideal project would like to be completed within 2-3weeks max, a demo app/backend would be required within a few days, budget is £400 max, must speak English and must read the requirements, if you do wish to apply please do so and send over a detailed report and what steps you will be taking with a day to day breakdown.
