DC WooCommerce customization

Hi I need to custom this plugin for WooCommerce ( [login to view URL] multi-vendor/). You can check the demo here : [login to view URL] Have a see here our request : #1 - Add a new field in "Add new vendor" Here ([login to view URL]) -- Address -- City -- ZIP code -- Country -- Phone number -- N° of ID #2a - Add a "Contract menu" Here ([login to view URL]) than here ([login to view URL]) The contract mean a contract between the vendor and the admin and to add a new contract we need this field: -- Contract ID (will be radom after create a new one) -- Date -- Product But the "Contract menu" should be like that ([login to view URL]) 1 - Instead "Vendor" write "Contract" 2 - Instead "Name" should be the "ID reference" 3 - Here should be the ID reference number 4 - View the full contract in pdf 5 - Here add a button "Send" to send the contract by email Note: Each vendors can have many contracts, and Admin can delete or delete or add a vendors, contracts and products #2b - Add a new column here ([login to view URL]) for "Expiration date" like a Countdown That mean when admin add a new contract can be storage only for 90 days after this date the products (inside the contract) will be not available in the shop And we need to add a button to extend again 90 days #2c - Add a new column here ([login to view URL]) to show "Contract" and number of contracts the vendor have Note: one vendors can have many contracts and one contracts can have many products #3a - Add the product Here ([login to view URL]) we can see the vendor's products but we need to add this ([login to view URL]) and ([login to view URL]) When we add a new product we have to select the vendor and we need to select in which "Contract" after selected the vendor #3b - Here ([login to view URL]) need to add 3 box: 1 - Vendor price 2 - Commission fee 3 - VAT For exemple: The vendor sell his product for $100 In the first box admin have to write $100 in the second box should display ($100 + commission) the commission are set in the plugin for exemple 27% The second box should be displaying $27 In the thrid box should display the VAT (if the VAT are 20%) the result must to be $5,4 not $20 Note: VAT here only for commission, not for product price And in the "Regular box" should displaying the all result automatically, for our exemple should be ($100 + $27 + $5,4 = $132,40) #3c - Then here ([login to view URL]) add "Contract" and show the contract ID #4 - Have a see this ([login to view URL]) about point 6 Instead the status should be the form (mean the contract in the sheet) When we click on it we need to open the new browser and showing a form In the form need to show some info: - Logo (we need to use the shortcode from the HTML Blocks) - [login to view URL] - Header (we need to use the shortcode from the HTML Blocks) - [login to view URL] - Admin - Shop info - Vendor info - Contract info - Product info ([login to view URL]) + size - Privacy Policy (we need to use the shortcode from the HTML Blocks) - [login to view URL] - e-signature like [login to view URL] (for that we need to use this plugin [login to view URL]) - Footer (we need to use the shortcode from the HTML Blocks) - [login to view URL] After all are done need to save it and should be store in the website, and by click in here ([login to view URL]) point 4 we can see the form in pdf #5 - Admin we need to show 2 status for products by adding here ([login to view URL]) a new filter with 2 mentions (Shop, Vendor) #6 - We need to custom this ([login to view URL]) add some info: 1 - nbr of vendors 2 - nbr of contracts are expired 2 - nbr of vendor's product 3 - nbr of vendor's product are sold #7 - Hide some point: [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] Tell me your timefrance and you quote Thanks
