The website must be set up on our own hosting service while is being built, and once is done, it is required to be installed and publish into our customer's own hosting server. The website must be Mobile ready and must include all the meta-tags & keywords necessary for SEO to work appropriately. The website must be SEO optimized (at least to meet the most important factors that will facilitate to accomplish a good ranking on Google). The first stage will be to build the HOMEPAGE only, so the customer can approve the initial concept. This stage could take several revisions, about colors, images, backgrounds, icons, etc; until the design concept is approved. We will make sure to make this process as smooth as possible so we can get it done quickly, by understanding and to provide you with appropriate specs based on customer's needs and wants, as well as the appropriate information for the market audience and industry related. Once the initial concept is approved, we will go ahead and build the rest of the website, which we expect to have at least 10 main links, and everything must be done, approved and finished within 20 business days. This is a website that will replace a former website, which it has already content (text and pictures) that could be used as a reference. The customer has already provided us with 3 links that show his favorite websites, which can be used as a visual reference for style, layouts, images, among others, so our job will be to use some attractive elements and ideas from those websites to make the Website more appealing, always keeping the overall TEMPLATE DESIGN as a priority, so we don't end up creating a "Frankenstein website". The project budget is $300 (we will pay for the 10% freelancer charges to you, as an added bonus at the end of the project). We will split the project into 3 Stages (milestones): First Stage Get started with the project right away……………… $110 WORK TO BE PERFORMED in FIRST STAGE ( duration: 10 days ) Getting Started with the Website template set up, uploading everything into our hosting server. Homepage initial concept approved by the customer. Unlimited revisions required. First main 5 links already finished with content, pictures and design specs approved by the customer. Second Stage Payment at the Completion of First Stage Once the first stage is done and approved……………… $100 WORK TO BE PERFORMED In SECOND STAGE ( duration: 10 days ) Last main 5 links already finished with content, pictures and design specs approved by the customer. Mobile versions for phones and tablets already set up and approved by the customer. To connect all the social media channels, to revise and connect all the broken and missing links, 404page, terms and conditions page, privacy policy page, and to connect all the corporate emails on the respective contact forms within the website. SEO website optimization (metatags / keywords / enhancements) Also, to upload the website and publish it into customer's own hosting. To provide us with the full backup of the website for us to keep (original web design files, html, css, scripts, images, texts, etc) on a .zip Final Stage Get the Second Stage done and everything approved……………… $120 To be paid once the website is published, all the design files and backup delivered to us, and there are no more revisions to be made by customer (final approval accomplished).
