Write an IPad Application - Simple Code

I am a student in terms of iOS applications of the first [login to view URL] I find on the internet to learn better to implement them.

However, the required code was not found, so I'm looking for an IOS programmers who can help me.

Need a simple code for an iPad application. Integrate ZBar as open source code in my app. A code scanning software for EAN - or QR codes.

Need only a possibility for output code with a website to automatically link number. Example [login to view URL] is open in one of our predefined WebView application. Is really easy to implement for the what of object c and IOS mean :)

-WebView app to the read out of html or pdf files will be made available from me.

-For a better understanding of my explanation, even a mockup app build via AppCocker is possible.

Use it via Apptester free ipad app. If necessary....

Please set the budget not too high because this code only for the learning and understand is used and not for commercial things.
