This is not a very technical project, but requires a great attention to detail. Please review the details and attachments carefully before bidding. 2 attachments: [login to view URL] is the Source Document. [login to view URL] is a working example Requirements: Using the Source document, create an HTML page for each Code Section (see the working example). At the top of each page there will be a table with links for every Provision (again see the example). The provisions will be listed on the one HTML page with anchor links that will then provide the Provision Explanation and the Effective Date. The first example, Code Section 5701 corresponds to the Source Document page 32 of the PDF. This will be coded on an existing WordPress site

hii ...i read your project details...and understood more than 70% work..and i feel remaining will complete while starting the work... you need an html page for each section code, at the top of each section page you want a table which include links for every provision it includes and when clicked on that link it should redirect to another html page and anchor on particular area according to clicked provision link.. which include explanation of provisions of each section code , ...like this... so plz provide me opportunity to work on your project......
