Build a Website

Need to build a prototype mobile first Angular2+Bootstrap based front end application in a clean modular tested fashion. I have pretty clear first round requirements and work in agile manner. There is one other developer (me) working mostly on back end but can also provide some guidance on front end. I still require someone who has proven record of building front end clean SPA applications. Angular 1 or 2 knowledge and desire to learn Angular2 is preferred. Product is simple in terms of requirements, a clean, form validated, fintech application with only simple UI components ( no charts / tables) just some forms / workflow. Prefer someone with some basic knowledge of graphics too, as design is not priority for prototype but must still look decent and at least be written in a way where a designer can later reskin easily enough. ** please only contact me if you are proven IT work at some level and eager to learn Angular 2, or have this knowledge already **
