Amazon review data scraping

I need a web scraper to go to the profile page of all reviewers for each product from an excel list of amazon product urls. Scrape from each reviewer profile page the following information for all reviews:
reviewer name
reviewer ranking
product name
review date
review title
review rating (e.g. 4 out of 5 stars)
review content
helpfulness (4 out of 10 people found the review helpful)
The output should be an excel/csv file. The output file may be big.
Please note that I need both the scraper and the output data. The scraper should be able to use a proxy if it gets blocked.
