Fix issues on HTML app - Phonegap iOS version on 2 days

I made an HTML app (converted to iOS app using Phonegap) It is a survey on html with 5 questions and after it, a page with a google map with a button Start/Finish, in order to tracking the route that user walk between 2 points.
This app works well on Android and is published on Play Store: [login to view URL] The app is published on App Store Too but there are some issues for me on iOS: [login to view URL]
Issues to fix:
1. GPS tracking step, is not working: seems that when appears the GPS permission request on start app, it doesn't shows, is hidden by app window.
2. I need to add an alert screen before tracking step.
3. I want to hide the Phonegap splash screen when app starts.
My budget is 50 usd. Do not bit if you don't agree with this budget coz i can't offer more than it. I attach source code. I need to finish it on two days.
You have to upload to apple store too. I will add you on my development account to do it. And i have a macincloud account too, if you need it.
