Opportunity For JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js | Forgeahead Solutions

We are looking for 2.5 years + experienced JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Interested candidates can apply with us at [contact details removed]. Looking for candidates who could join immediately or 15 days of notice period.

The primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux, NextJS or Native React). Developer will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Developer will coordinate with the rest of the team (Onsite and offsite) working on different layers of the web application. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for development of new highly-responsive, web-based user interface using React.js

2. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

3. Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture, along with the APIs to support it

4. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

5. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

6. Work and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team

7. Work with product team and graphic designers

8. Learn and understand user interactions

Skills

1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

2. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

4. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript

5. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., [login to view URL])

6. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

7. Strong experience in consuming RESTful APIs

8. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

9. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

10. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

11. A knack for benchmarking and optimization

12. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git and SVN

13. Familiarity with static code analysis tools like DeepScan, FLOW, and SonarJS
