I need a map showing all health facilities:
1. Each health facility should be distinguished as a dot on the map. Rural Health Units (red dot), City and Municipal Health Office (blue dot), Main Health Center (green dot), Hospital (orange dot), and Barangay or village Health Station (violet dot). Each dot should have a tooltip showing the name of the health facility. The [url removed, login to view] should be used as the map and the data are with R8_Facilities.xls.
2. The base map where all the dots can be seen should contain the population of selected villages (see [url removed, login to view]). The color axis should have the following dataClasses and the corresponding color:
