StockTwits.com polling

Need a standalone java program to poll [login to view URL] in real -time(every second) and dump the updates which i am looking for in a local file. Input to the program should be the [login to view URL] username and password to use the api. Input to the program would be a list of other usernames which i follow and need to get the current days updates posted by them along with update username, description, stock symbols posted and bullish bearish indicator. All this should be upadated in local file in real time as the update is posted by that user. Another file needs to be updated in real time which will contain only comma separated stock symbols posted by the list of input usernames. These should update in real time as updates are posted.
