Vectorization of handwriting illustrations

I have a project that is in progress, but I got really stuck with it. Essentially, this is a 47-page textbook where I have to digitally process hand-drawn illustrations. Unfortunately, the resulting PDF is of very very poor quality, and the manuscript is not the best either. The PDF consists of a lot of manuscripts, which should practically be redrawn in a similar but improved quality (the client wants the drawings to remain in this form). My question would be, for how much would you undertake to draw these figures? I would definitely need a vectorized base. yes sir please discuss sir
