Draw my jpg as a vector with different options

I have a jpg from a client that I need redrawn as a vector image - it is currently gold in colour with gradients.
I want the following versions:
1. A vector as close as possible to the original
2. A vector in plain gold colour no gradients.
3. A vector in white on black - no gradients or additonal shading.
Illustrator file to be well laid out in groups toallow editing by me later if needed.
$30 maximum budget - file will be shown to those freelancers who are able to start IMMEDIATELY and supply the finished work quickly. Do not bid if you cannot start now and work until completed. Ensure COIL is first word of your bid otherwise it will be ignored.
