I think your 3D model is fantastic. How are you intending to roll it out to other companies? We would definitely be interested in providing 3D scans for our clients and using your technology. I own an interior design business with furniture manufacturing and supply capabilities. I have worked in and around Glasgow for the last 30 years and have lots of experience with the Glasgow property market. I have read your description, but I'm not clear on exactly what you need. Are you looking for someone who can design the interiors for you based on your 3-D scans? What is your target market and how are you going to market this idea? I'm sure I can help you, but I need more information before making any proper decisions on this project. The fee stated in my proposal is only based on your amount, so if we could discuss things further I would be able to give you an accurate budget.
