Fashion Blogger seeking Go-To Adviser for Website marketing, Social Media, and SEO

We need an adviser on all things marketing for our newly launched fashion blog that is in need of super ideas for how to really drive traffic to our site. We are looking for an expert who can help drive eyeballs and build a following. Whether it's Link Building, Social Media Marketing, reaching out to specific blog/site owners, guest blogging, running contests, commenting on other services, putting together pictures and videos, SEO, and brainstorming on how to capitalize on our existing articles through our channels and on what what articles to write moving forward. We are NOT asking for you to actually implement anything. You do not need to do any of the grunt work. All we are asking for your time to meet together virtually to help us flesh out our strategy and evaluate our progress as we implement various tactics to build traffic. That means actual, actionable suggestions...like "You're posting on X, and here are some ways to capitalize on it by doing Y on Pinterest, commenting on these Z sites, etc etc." This will be a part time gig on your part that will likely take up 1-2 hours of your time a week in discussions with us + whatever additional research you will need to do. We would like to set this trial up for one month and then if we like the quality of your advise, continue on a steady basis. What we expect is that you have a a proven track record of building traffic to other blog sites and have a clear cut strategy in place that can be applicable to us. Understanding the fashion industry and latest trends is a huge plus as it will allow us to dive deeper into how to capitalize on what's hot right now and what would be useful over the long term.
