Strategic Forum Posting and Response

What I need is for a Freelancer who can post for me under multiple ID's in popular forum related to my products. I need this to be done every few days in multiple ways as to get the most viewing of my website. I will need this to be done once every few days for the next 4 months. Ideally this would only take about an 1-2 hours a week. I will need the links to the forum's sent to me so I can monitor the progress and the comments. My products are sports related. (1-2 hours setup, Total Project over 4 month period would be 20-32) I need someone who is strategic and has good english. I also need someone who can offer other solutions such as SEO/email marketing/link building...etc... This is a four month project! You don't have to be full time on it but it will be very important that you are consistent with it and it is done well. Also, I am open to other ideas as to how to market my website and products. I can create multiple milestones for progress with half being given in lump sum at the end of the 4 months of work.
