Find 15-20 networks/companies that can advertise my ads for gambling/bookmakers in Europe as CPA

I need companies that are willing to let me advertise my betting ads for bookmakers as CPA. Only CPA, nothing else is good enough. I have tried and asked many companies myself. First they can do it, but then they change their mind and cant do it anyway. Even though these companies present themselves as companies offering CPA, they are in most cases not able to offer me [login to view URL] say, for gambling ads we only do CPM or CPI. So, this job is to find companies that not just highlight on their website that they offer CPA for my gambling ads. his job is to find companies for me that 100 % are going to do this for me. If the companies are not going to do this for me, then you have not done the job as I need it to be done, to pay you. Any questions?
